Very good.
Best work out accessory I bought in a while. It allows me to row with 45° grip, which then gets me to hit mid traps and other muscles I wouldn't get to hit.

Strong, lightweight, strong glue smell
Overall they're good for the job, but the wood is varnished with something which gives it a super strong toxic smell.

More than happy with these. I think better than plastic. The wood is good quality, and good grip is ensured through allowing middle finger to go through the loop. Good balance. I use for pull ups and rows. I think decent value for money. Might buy another for my brother.

Ich verwende diese an meiner Klimmzugstange um meine Handgelenke mehr Spielraum beim Klimmzug zu geben. Das Holz hat eine angenehme Größe für die Hand. Arbeite mit 86kg und 11kg Zusatzgewicht und denke das hält noch wesentlich mehr aus, bzw. es muss ;)
