My entire family loves this Maca powder. We put 1/2 tsp in our superfood drink every morning. We all noticed the difference in our energy and productivity within the first week of using it. 1/2 tsp doesn't seem like a lot but after reading other reviews, start with a 1/2 tsp and increase gradually. We also love to put this in our "no-bake peanut butter chocolate protein bars" - The maca powder alone has a slight nutty taste but we all love it. Ordering our 2nd bag right now.

Been taking this product for a while and it seems to help a lot with mood blood flow and overall well feeling my blood pressure has come down considerably. Keep it under control better hope everything will keep working the way it is we will soon find out.

This maca powder is so good! It’s dissolved well in water. I put it in hot water and drink it like a hot tea every morning. It tastes really good to me. It gives me energy without feeling crashed like coffee. I’ve been using 5-6 bags already and this is the only brand that I am gonna continue to purchase.

Conozco algo mas de 48 años, muy de cerca la Cultura Peruana. La maca nacio en Peru. He probado varias opciones y la original que son como tuberculos. Esta es la opcion!!!!...es excelentes para hombres y mujeres. Los Incas lo usaban para correr distancias grandes, entre precipicios, acantilados, frio y humedad, calor desertico, corrian todo el Tahuantinsuyo. Aporta energia, reduce glucosa alta, estabiliza los desequilibrios hormonales, combate la depresion, equilibra la presion arterial. Puedes prepararla con avena y pina y le adicionas la maca, una rajita de canela y 3 clavitos de olor...para tu desayuno o tu te de las 4pm!!!! Gracias.

So far I haven't notice any energy boost. I like the taste of it especially if you mixed with a strawberry powder
