Since it can only support a small 120mm radiator, you have no choice but to use a low profile CPU air cooler. When I purchased this case I was using a Ryzen 5 5600 and Radeon RX 6750 XT. I have since upraged to Zen 4 and a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7800 XT. Those 2 cards fit but anything larger wont so the case isnt as compatible as some of its competitors. It is reasonably easy to build with although, I'd recommend cables are attached to the motherboard before fitting inside the case as one of the motherboard screws isnt easy to put in. I'd recommend this case for mainly mid range components, tuned to reduce heat output, but it certainly isn't a case that can be recommended for all high end builds. The cabling is a bit pain to do, but not impossible. Since it's made out of holes cooling is very good, the problem that comes with it is that it can get noisy. But I use noise cancelling headphones so I don't mind. I bought it on sale and I am very happy with it.
