OMG! I have a rather large apron stomach and always getting so nasty when i sweat even a drop, and i use tons on cornstarch.**Game changer. It takes a little getting used to as it is extremely dry material that is being put in a warm fragile most times nasty environment. But by the end of the day you pull it out and success!!!**Size, i will say you have to measure, dont guess. And i would say minimum of 1.5 in wide flab to hold it.**Hubs did dry by accident and it did fine. I would use unscented soap and no fabric softener. Your flab will appreciate it.**You will not be disappointed.I need to order more before summer. Im looking forward to more comfort and not carrying cornstarch and a puff in my bag anymore. :)

I ordered more, this time L and is huge! I will use those for under the bra when it iritates, some bras are not so well made. First time I ordered S, it's good. I haven't washed it, but I guess it should be handwashed and pressed to get the water out or maybe delicates in laundry machine.
