It's good material and quality my only issue was the loose bottom creates a ridge which is very annoying for tart making as you need to press the dough into the pan. That was the only issue. Otherwise, it's easy to clean, not sticky and the size is decent.

Ho acquistato questo stampo non per me, ma come regalo per una persona che ama cucinare e in particolare fare crostate e torte di ogni tipo. Cercavo qualcosa di buono, resistente e che desse subito l’impressione di essere un prodotto di qualità, non una delle solite teglie leggere che si piegano dopo due utilizzi. All'apertura del pacco ho avuto una buona impressione già al tatto, il materiale in acciaio al carbonio è robusto, pesante il giusto e trasmette una sensazione di solidità e durata nel tempo. La superficie è ben rifinita e il rivestimento antiaderente sembra davvero di buona qualità, liscio e uniforme. La persona a cui l’ho regalato l’ha già usato diverse volte, sia per crostate dolci sia per torte salate, e mi ha detto che la cottura viene sempre bene e omogenea. Il fondo removibile è una comodità non da poco, permette di sollevare facilmente la torta senza rovinarla. Un altro punto a favore è che si lava facilmente. Basta un po’ d'acqua tiepida e una spugna morbida con un po' di detersivo per piatti per farlo tornare come nuovo, senza bisogno di strofinare o usare prodotti aggressivi. Inoltre, resiste tranquillamente alle alte temperature del forno, e non si deforma neanche dopo vari utilizzi. Esteticamente è anche molto bello. È uno stampo da 24 cm di diametro e 3 cm di altezza, quindi perfetto per crostate classiche, ma anche per atti tipi di torte. Attenzione a non tagliare la torta direttamente sulla base dello stampo, si rovinerebbe. Quindi un buon prodotto, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

klasse Tarteform, auch gern für Qiche ... Hab schon drei Stück drin gemacht, nichts backt an, bleibt kleben, also genau so wie man es möchte. Die Form ist angenehm leicht, der herausnehmbare Boden praktisch und beides ist leicht zu reinigen . Sehr gern wieder !
