Does this harden again after melting if left to cool? E.g. could I melt it down, add Stevia to it, then let it cool again to make a chocolate bar?

Would you say that this has similar quality to Montezuma's 100% chocolate? I pay 2,50 pounds at Waitrose for 100g bar and here it looks so cheap
