Nothing groundbreaking but solid effort
This work is a solid effort to cover many topics of leadership in 300 pages. It's always a tough task with such an important and huge topic. I'm not sure there was much original work since the author used real life leadership examples to demonstrate the points he was trying to make. I would say this book would be good for a new manager to study.
