Works great!
I got a brand new 2022 car and wanted to get it nice and shiny. I took it to a car wash and ended up with scratches all over my car. I was not a very happy camper. There were so many options to choose from regarding scratch removers, but I chose one and this one works. I am not sure how it works, but it does for minor surface level scratches. I do wish it came with a "foaming sponge" which the directions mentioned to use. But I didn't have one, so I used a towel and that seemed to still work. It rained a few days ago and it doesn't seem to wash off, so I am pleased with the product. :)

Awesome remover
Ive used several other products but nothing works better than this remover. My opinion is that this is the far best remover out there in the market. it works 80percent of time if the scratch is not top deep. easy to use as well. highly recommend!

Description is misleading but product works
Description of product was Macguires Scratch X-2.0 but I did not recieve the X- 2.0 version, I received the regular X version. I was disappointed, and needed the product now so I used it. It worked for what I needed, but the description is misleading. Not sure exactly what the difference is between the 2 versions, but if there is a X-2.0 version then something has changed, and most likely for the better. Again, product worked, and happy about that.

Scratch Repair
I purchased this for some light scratches on a dark colored car from tree branches. It handled all of those like a champ with a minimum of effort. I have a silver car that had been keyed that left a lengthy scratch of various depths. I tried it on that car just for the heck of it. It did take out the lesser depths but you could see the scratch depression if you looked close. From a few feet away it looked good. The deep scratches remained but the product made it clear it was not for such damage.

Doesn't work
This doesn't have the ingredients necessary to remove fine scratches. I wanted to use it on dashboard plastic/wood.It is not abrasive enough like its predecessor, ScratchX 2.0. BTW, the seller labels this 2.0 but it is not. 2.0 has the needed elements to work on those fine scratches. Misleading, yes and Amz keeps removing my honest observation.

easy to use but temporary fix
Works fine for a temporary fix. Leaves a nice shine. Fixed my scratch easily BUT washes totally off in a car wash. Very easy & fast to apply. But beware it is TEMPORARY!

Works Very Well
I purchased this as a clear coat level of scratch polish and have been very pleased with the results. Scratches that dulled the paint surface usually come out unless they are deep. It also shines the surface beautifully, matching the original finish. I have used a number of clear coat polishes over the years and feel that this is one of the best. Most of the typical scratches that a car gets can be removed with this type of polish.

Great polish with a great towel
I bought this for 10 dollars. It was a great deal especially with the towel. I actually have a lot of microfiber towels, but Meguiar's towels became my go to towels due to their small size and all around effectiveness for drying or buffing. Lastly, I want to raise awareness of what this product is. It is a polish that has this incredibly fine grit that "attacks" scratches by removing the top layer coat. You're gonna want to apply this in a circular motion then grab another microfiber cloth to buff it off. Make sure to use a light color towel to ensure you're not removing the clear coat!
