Missing everything
Doesn't have the screws or anything it said it did. Honestly pretty cheap item not just quality but pricing. Don't buy this item. You will be disappointed ☹️

Not "universal"
The only thing universal about this is the 6 hole pattern. But I needed another adapter for my 2006 Mustang GT to fit the stem. But this quick release adapter didn't fit "into" that adapter. It's hard to explain. Now I'm going to have to 3D print a spacer for between the Mustang adapter and this quick release. And secondly, the bolts you get with this aren't long enough for anything.

will only work for a short amount of time
this looks good and feels sturdy for the first couple days but don’t count on it on any daily car or anything like that because it can’t withstand the wear. the product is easy to install to the short hub but isn’t really compatible with any short hub purchased so keep that in mind more of a look than functionality item.

This was a horrible purchase
This was a horrible purchase. It's not even aligned straight. Waste of money. Quality was good and very heavy but can't use it since it's off center.

Met my expectations, but certainly a simple solution.
This installed in my track car easily, as I already had a universal adapter on the steering column. The bolt holes line up just fine on both the hub and the steering wheel itself which is a Momo brand wheel. Unlike the better disconnect adapters, this one has a design that precludes the ability to have a horn button in place. That means the center of the wheel is left open and it doesn't look as good. My other track car has a much more expensive quick-release and the horn button still fits so the wheel looks better. That car is also street legal, and the horn button has a plug to enable it for street use. Not a possibility with this, but then again most real race cars shouldn't be driven on the street if equipped with a cage, etc.The adapter adds a couple inches of length, bringing the wheel closer to you in the car. The splined adapter is "keyed" so the wheel only installs when clocked to the original location on the splines. It takes a good shove to seat the adapter in completely to latch into place. The materials and welds etc. are all adequate and all the holes line up properly for installation on standard hubs and wheels. While it's a little crude and obviously removes the ability for a horn button, it still serves the intended purpose and would be an inexpensive mod for a race car on a budget. Putting this on a street car would have no purpose, but building in enough recess to allow for a horn button or at least a plastic trim to mount in the center of the wheel would make it look better.

No more crooked steering wheel
I have installed several different types of steering wheel disconnects on the roadster that I build, including my own. They have all had the same 2 issues, there is some play between the parts making the steering wheel slightly loose and I always mange to put the wheel on crooked. This quick disconnect solves both of those issues. First of all the two parts fit together precisely with no play at all and the shaft spline has one wide section so the wheel will only go on one way. No more crooked wheel. I initially ordered this style disconnect because it is hollow allowing for a wire to pass thru and on this car I wanted a traditional center mounted horn button. I ended up with that and more, all for a very reasonable price.
