I love this this tool. It is easy to use and effective in chopping ground beef and chicken (off the bone) for Mexican themed dinners, ground beef / chicken casseroles and meats sauces.

Does what it should. Efficiently chops up ground meat while cooking, much better than a spoon. I don't know why it took me so long to buy one of these! It is comfortable to hold, not too heavy or bulky. It's pretty easy to clean, too and doesn't require a lot of scrubbing. I've used it with ground beef and ground lamb. Great price for a no-frills, basic but very handy kitchen tool. Recommended.
