Yummy glass noodles
Bit pricey, but it would be comparable in cost to travel to a specialist Asian shop that stocked this item - I wanted to pay for what I wanted, not everyone may chose to make that choice!

Taste ok but couldn't find any cooking instructions on the package. 10 mins in hot previously boiled water did the trick.

Really nice noodles!
I got these because I am gluten intolerant. They are a great alternative to egg noodles and I like them more than vermicelli noodles!

Not what I wanted.
Well packed and arrived intact, but the product was not what I wanted. I ordered the product as a low carb item, and I found, on the product information, that the item consisted almost entirely of carbohydrate, and nothing else. So I will be giving the glass noodles to a non diabetic friend or family member. My mistake.
