They stay firm and yet are chewy. They were a good price and lower in calories and carbs then a lot of the others that I could see. They're very easy to prepare and are ready in 3 minutes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for High Protein, less fat Noodles.....but very brittle in its dry form. *by J***E on March 25, 2025* Pros: Inexpensive compared to other high protein Ramen, Low fat due to Air dry and not fried, High Protein, taste is neutral & will take on whatever broth or sauce you make, NOT made in China. Cons: texture is a little soft when cooked and less bounce than regular Ramen, the Noodle cakes are extremely brittle and was already breaking down in the bag when opened.
