Terrible product
The product and it's app dont do anything close to what they are supposed to do. If the Bluetooth is lost the device just loses connection and doesn't get reconnected when Bluetooth is restored and device is in range ( and even if this happens in a matter of a few seconds)

Nice product. Good features and good connectivity. Serve the purpose fully. Connect automatically even once disconnected due to out of range. You can connect manually if you wish to find it.Only improvement required is alarm volume on device.

WORKING OG THE ITEM
The item did not work and therefore asked for a replacement. The replaced item is also not being detected by the bluetooth of the mobile. Requested for refund on 17-09-2023 and the item was supposed to be picked up by 18-09-2023. But it is still to be picked up. The Amazon today says that it is not possible to either refund or replacement. It tantamounts to cheating by the Amazon as well as the firm. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

Specific use
It can be use if u have pets and while traveling attached to u hand bag.buts battery did not even last a month.
