I have purchased other SFP modules that only would switch and only run at half duplex after a power failure or disconnect/reconnect of a device. The only way to get them back to full speed was to manually set them again. This module did not have any issues, was immediately recognized and usable. Great price and does exactly what I expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked Fine in Dell Server *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 24, 2020* Bought this for a Dell server and it worked as intended, plus fast shipping. It is also listed as 1.25g but I have not had a chance to see if I can get that link speed somehow.
