Great product! Works exactly as intended and incredible customer service!
Don't use this with a dimmable transformer! It will not work and likely will damage the switch/controller. Lesson learned the hard way. Go for a constant voltage transformer. That key point aside I'm super happy with this unit and had multiple conversations back/forth with the seller to sort out my issue. They were quick to respond and helped me get it working with a replacement unit after I unknowingly fried mine with a dimmable transformer. I have it setup and working through a 3/4" plywood side panel exactly as described and love the setup! Totally hidden and works perfectly. Not typically one to spend my time writing reviews but there's quite a few that seemed to have issues with it and I'm hopeful my mistakes will save someone else. Additionally the seller was so helpful and responsive that I feel the least I can do is give them the credit they deserve!

This infrared works perfectly, a modern touch for my kitchen’s led lights.

Mounted inside kitchen cabinet. Takes multiple attempts to activate on or off function.

Better than expected
This was an excellent choice for a vanity mirror light addition in my motorcoach. Functions well, the dimming is excellent great value for the money. Arrived on time in new condition well packaged.

Doesn’t work
I ordered two. One arrived today and doesn’t work. I switched the wires around just incase it was an issue of polarity. My lights are on but can’t be shut off with this switch. There’s a blue light inside the case that comes on when you touch it and goes of when you do it again. Not sure if this is a dud but will wait for second switch before returning.

Randomly turn off
These work well as intended, with the exception that they randomly turn the lights off with no person or thing anywhere near the switch.
