Said indestructible. My cocker spaniel chewed its tail off within 30 mins and nearly swallowed some plastic from inside. I contacted seller who immediately issued a refund and sent 2 replacement toys. They contacted me again to ask if I was happy with that. Then they contacted me again to offer a different toy to try! Super impressed by their customer service! Most companies are awful at customer service but this is the best I have ever received.

Overall it's not a bad dog toy, the white rope is thick and robust, and so far the toy has lasted for more than two weeks so it's doing a lot better than some of the stuff we've bought at pet shops in the past.But it isn't perfect, our dog is a Terrier-Whippet Cross and he was able to tear open the nose on this dog toy in less than 15-Minutes after being given it, the head was then quickly destuffed, but, the body has remained stuffed as it is made independently of the head and the rope limbs make fluff removal very difficult.Our dog loves it, it's one of his new favorite dog toys!It washes on a 40°C Mixed Wash and after being spun out to get out as much water as possible leave it to dry for about 24-Hours on clothes line out of the rain and you'll be good to go again.Happy Overall, just beware that this toy is easily ripped apart, so if your dog is a set of jaws on legs (Pitbull, Bulldog, etc) then just take note that the head will get de-stuffed quickly, the rope however is very strong and will last a long time.

Material and design good but sewn together with thin thread. Head came apart from body after few hours.

This toy has brought our two dogs great fun to throw and then have a bit of a tug of war. Highly recommend as good value fun!We initially had seen that this was incorrectly marked by amazon (not the seller!) as 'indestructible' and it isn't but the toy is relatively hard wearing and the fabric pieces don't present any real hazard. The seller reached out to us and kindly offered to support and we got 2 more of these and the second time around the dogs have kept them going for weeks.

after 3 days of very active ( supervised) play & some chewing still in near perfect nick👍 Bonus my Cockapoo absolutely loves it.Also great customer care from seller - emailed me after purchase with care info etc.Recommend - about to order a second oneUpdate 19/7 after playing every day with his (Scooby )toy, rough play ! toy gets shaken, thrown, pulled & squeezed a lot - except for loosing 2 of its legs it remains intact. ( see photo )Agree with other customers toy too small for a large dog.Update December 23 still going strong, ok rope legs have long gone but still squeaks & our dog throws & shakes it about- best buy. Spare one ( I bought just incase) still wrapped not needed yet.Had to update my review 12 month of constant play, yes slightly worse for wear, squeak starting to go & some hole stitching this toy is still going strong. 109% recommend

It was destroyed within minutes. Cute as it is, it wasn’t worth the money. Such a shame. Scooby doo is no more …… back to the drawing board. :-(

Got this dog toy to give a try, it is a well made toy that would be ideal for small to medium dogs. I was a bit skeptical when seeing this advertised for large dogs. Taking the size and fact it has tentacles on it (great for tugging on), it seems that it will not last very long at all for a large dog. Unless your large dog is very docile and looking for a pal instead of a chew toy, I'd pass on this. I've had to step in a few times as I could tell he was up to no good (too quite, too fast) and sure enough he had his front paws on the head against the ground as he was trying to pull a tentacle off with his teeth. The price is fair for its size and quality, I just think it is best suited for the smaller dogs.

Having an aggressive chewer is can be tough. Well this toy is like every other toy our chewie has almost.She destroyed the head within minutes but has now decided to keep the legs as babies she carries around.Overall good quality where I think the toy will last a long time with non heavy chewers.Squeaker was destroyed while in the toy itself and seems to be the standard Squeaker found in most stuffie for pups.Overall 4/5 only because the pup carries it everywhere

I got this toy because my dog loves to play with fabric toys but I have to be so careful as so few are of good quality and he ends up destroying them and getting to the stuffing almost as soon as I give them to him. I could tell immediately upon opening the package that this was a solid, well made toy. The fabric is soft but it is thick and sturdy.He's been playing with it for a few days now and aside from it starting to get a bit dirty from being in his mouth or dragged along the floor, it still looks like new. The inside of the tentacles is of a different fabric but equally as sturdy and well made.The first thing I did when I received it was put it through the washing machine to remove any chemical residue from the manufacturing process. It came out of the wash looking like it did new. This is important to me as it's always in his mouth so needs to be kept clean or he gets sores around his lips. I love the fact that it can go in the washer and dryer (on a lower heat) without getting ruined.I would definitely buy another one if/when the time comes that it needs to be replaced. I would love to see them make other shapes and animals so that I could provide my dog with a variety of them so he retains his interest in each one. Even my other dog that doesn't show much interest in toys anymore likes to toss it around or play tug of war with it. It was definitely a hit in our household.

This was a very cute octopus. I understand that it's a sqeaky toy for a dog... but we got him for our daughter and she loves him. She's been carrying him around and hugging him.Based on holding the item, this would not make a good toy for an aggressive chewer. It's plush. Well made for sure, tight stitching, good material. But it's still plush by the end of the day. The squeaker is in the head of the octopus and it does work well.All in all a great product for pets or people alike.
