Amazing !
Really Impressed with these. Have taken them for 1 month as couldn't get hold of my usual brand . Safe to say ,I will stick to these from now on amd half the price. Easy to swallow too. The resukts on my gut health has significantly improved. Great value and fantastic product

I’ve been taking them for about 6 months and find them really good. My stomach problem has been so much better.

Constipation!
After taking these for about 2 weeks, I became very constipated and bloated. So I stopped taking them and it took about a week for the constipation to go away (that's a long time to not go to the toilet!) I did some research and apparently bloating and constipation are common side effects of taking probiotics, so that's something to be aware of if you have a sensitive gut (I don't particularly, but I won't be going back to probiotics that's for sure.) I don't think there are any issues with the quality of this particular product though, in fact, my constipation confirms that there are definitely effective ingredients in these supplements!

As someone who suffers from UTI’s I bought these. I haven’t had one since. Easy to swallow. No side effects.
