I purchased a cold plunge tub to experience what I've heard/read so much about. Due to a misunderstanding of the product on my end, I sent it back without opening it for a refund. The company contacted me to find out why I returned the item and after some explanation I realized it was a misunderstanding on my end. The company then sent me a new tub to try at no cost. I set up the tub (which was incredibly easy!) and filled it up. Added 6 bags of ice and in I go. Plenty of room by the way as the description says it fits people up to 6'7.Whew! That was AHH-Mazing! Wow!Once out of the tub I covered it up and planned to use it daily if possible. The next few days I wasn't able to due to work and bad weather so it was 4-5 days before I got to it again. I uncovered it and found a weakness in one of the seams. Disappointed, I contacted the company and let them know sending pictures of the tub for them to view. They responded in a few days time and offered to replace it once again, explaining they stand behind their product and didn't want this to be my experience. They took the info from my experience, planned to apply that info to improve the product, and then replaced my tub graciously.With Explore Ice, a sale isn't just a sale. You matter to them. I got excited to finally get my cold tub. I did a ton of research and ultimately settled on this one. So far its doing great. The setup was pretty simple and it holds water well also the temp stays pretty consistent as the insulation is pretty good for this style of tub. Its easy to say that when its cold outside, so we'll see what happens as it warms up. Plenty of room inside the tub too. My only complaint is the top of it, there is a section you have to pump up and its really quite impossible to get it to look like the picture. Mine has about four or five creases and doesn't look all that inflated. I didn't let that stop me from getting in though. I like it and maybe once it warms up and I can try again to see if it will do better.

Like many others, I received it with a broken drain valve. At first it was leaking after I filled it and I thought the valve wasn’t shut enough, so I tightened the valve and it seemed to stop. But I got about 20 uses out of this thing and when I went to drain it, the drain valve broke right off, and there is no way to fix it. Imported junk…

Good product but a bit small for 6’2” man.

Edited 12/30/23The seller reached out and replaced the leaking unit. The new one arrived and had no leaks out of the box this time. If you have issues I'd recommend reaching out to the seller and they'll sort it out. Will update to 5 stars if it lasts a reasonable amount of time.Small leaks all along the stitching at the bottom and down from where the legs are inserted. Not major leaks as it still retains water but slowly dribbling out. I can prolly find something to seal it better but I shouldn't have to right off the bat. Might just be unlucky, so try it if you want otherwise maybe go with a different brand there's plenty to choose from.

I’m an athlete, I’ve been using ice baths at home in the bathtub for the last four years and was ready to get a dedicated ice bath.When I looked online, everything was crazy expensive. I didn’t want to pay the usual 4-6 thousand for an ice bath that could go in the backyard, so this is a great low-cost alternative. Definitely helped to have the manual to see how to pump up the outside ring and put it together. Maybe took me 8 minutes to assemble. I like that it can be broken down for storage and the inside is insulted so it stays cold. I was actually surprised at how cold it got. I’m still testing how long it stays cold with the elastic cover.Being 5’4, I don’t have to fill it all the way up if I sit in it. Excited to start traveling with it and see how it holds up! Worth the purchase.

I LOVE this ice bath tub, simple to assembly, good quality, you can have it outdoors and it brings all you need, except the ice and water. 😆As an endurance athlete (long distance triathlons) this is a huge benefits not just for my training recovery but improves my mental toughness and helps me to stay in a good mood. 🧘🏻‍♀️PS. This ice bath is exactly what I was looking for! Durability is 9.5/10 - I hopped in here with my keys in my pocket and had no worries that they would puncture the tub; the wall is thick and sturdy. Usability 10/10 - it's easy to inflate, easy to fill, gets cold quickly (supports lots of ice), and the thick walls of the tub make it easy to support yourself getting in and out. Aesthetics 10/10 - this thing is staying inflated on my back porch for use throughout the week so it has to look cool and it's a very aesthetically pleasing new piece of "furniture." Overall Experience 10/10 - I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get into the ice bath game for quick recovery times and metabolism-boosting face dunks. I'm testing this out with hot water for a hot tub style experience - stay tuned!
