I was skeptical about buying a LuvLap stroller and my major concern was quality and after sales service (parts availablity in case of any damage). However, my overall experience has been quite good so far. This stroller has a decently sturdy built which is strong enough to last for 2-3 years. It is highly versatile with several features usually found in high-end strollers that cost upwards of INR 30K-40K. Big wheels, various reclining positions, reclining foot rest, reverse handle, safety lock with safety strap, washable upholstery, etc. It can be collapsed/folded using one button and can be carried as a luggage using the extendable handle. And an after-market cushion can provide additional comfort during long journeys. Assembling the stroller is super easy.After sales service: This is where LuvLap shines. Their after sales service is outstanding. They have humans (not chatbots) to interact and listen to your problems. You get a dedicated customer service representative looking after your complaints and providing you timely updates. During a recent trip, we lost one of the safety harness pads and LuvLap sent me a free replacement in just a couple of days! They could have easily charged me for this replacement but they did not. Attention to fine details like this go a long way. I think this brand is lead by a customer centric team and they got a bright future. Way to go LuvLap!

I finally got around to writing my review of the stroller! It took a little while to really get a feel for all of its features. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It's sturdy, easy to maneuver, and my little one seems comfortable riding in it.Quality of wheels can be improved for the premium they are charging but overall good productAfter-sales service is also good. I had a problem with one of the tires, and the spare parts were sent within a few days of raising the complaint.

Worth seriously, i would highly recommend, safety is very good! Easy setup manually, sturdy and lite weight for use.

Poor buuild quality, wheel misalignment, not worth the money you pay and it offers no warranty as well. The trolley handly plastic is weak and not durable.had to return the product

We have been using this for 6 months. It is comfortable and worth the money. The only issue we had was with the locking mechanism (mostly due to rough usage). I opened a ticket with their service and the issue got resolved instantly once they took it up. The sent us a brand new frame with back wheels, no questions asked, which we did not expect. Only took 7 days from the date of opening the ticket until delivery. We now have a brand new stroller.

Got it at a discounted price but still feel it’s overpriced. Coming to its functionality, it’s easy to assemble. Size is what was shown in images. Quality is really good. Mobility is good as well. No issues with the stroller as we use it daily.

We have been using luvlap Alpha for over 3 months now it is working fine. The stroller is light and compact as mentioned in the description and the ride quality is also fine. However we found a few design flaws:1. The single button collapse function is not very smooth. You'll have to struggle to open the stoller completely.2. The reverse push handle is also not smooth. We need to pull 2 buttons to move the handle, but one of them always gets stuck.3. Minor issue - the button on the handle gets stuck on the canopy when we try to bring it forward. This only happens if the canopy is closed completely.4. The seat has no cushion and not the most comfortable for the baby. We started using the stroller seat in complete upright position and realised that there are some parts of the stroller that may hit the baby's head on the side if the baby moves a lot.All of these made us feel that we should've chosen luvlap Galaxy over this model. More price doesn't always mean better quality. Choose wisely.
