Three of 5 came with tops off and lotion leaking. This is wonderful lotion BUT do not buy it as a gift. Packaging is horrible. There is no padding around the pump bottle leaving the pump to be broken/fallen off and lotion leaking out. It will look like you already used the bottle, decided not to keep it and are regifting it. This is not cheap lotion becauses it is nice lotion. so, who wouldnt want to give it as a nice gift, right? NO, DO NOT do it. BUy it for yourseslf if you want to keep it, but it will NOT look like a new bottle as a gift.
