They work, but CAUTION:
I would advise anyone with a toddler (age 3) to rethink giving this. First of all, very difficult to get a child to sit upside down to drop this into his nose. Then, it's too easy to accidentally give too big a dose, as the drops come out too easily, and if someone accidentally squeezes, they'll let out half the bottle. This is what my dad did when he was helping me, and I called the emergency # on the box. Thankfully my son didn't exhibit signs of overdose, and was fine, but it was traumatic for all of us.We then had a pharmacist put this into a spray bottle for us, so it was easier to administer, like a saline spray. We finally got my son to agree to let us give it to him again, and gave him two sprays in each nostril (the pharmacist said one pump of a spray would be a little less than one full drop, so we erred on the side of caution). Later that night his symptoms worsened - I don't know if his fever spiked (he had a full dose of Tylenol for 100.3 fever as well before this happened, though) but all of a sudden he was shivering/shaking, teeth chattering. One of the signs the emergency phone person had said to look out for upon overdose had been tremors, and I'm not sure if this was tremors or just chills from the fever. He also had a fast heart rate (also a sign to look out for upon overdose, but also could be a sign of high fever), as well as sleeplessness. Our doctor agreed it's hard to say whether his symptoms were from a spike in fever or these drops, but either way, he said it's better not to give the drops.Of course, when they work, they work. Better save it for older kids, though.

Less sleepless nights!
Allergies run in our family like crazy! My 18 month old was waking from sleep and having difficulties nursing because of a stuffy nose. He was already on Zyrtec and we were thinking of increasing his dose under our Drs care of course. I was told by a neighbor of Little Remedies decongestant nose spray and looked everywhere for it! After calling and driving around town to all of the pharmacies I found it here on Amazon! It came right away and sure enough the same night the baby woke up because he couldn't breathe through his nose. As soon as I applied it he began to get relief! He didn't like me putting drops in his nose when he was half asleep at first but now will ask for the drops! He has actually gone to get it during the day and put his head back for me to give it to him. We don't use it very often but when the Zyrtec isn't doing the job this stuff is a life saver!

Cleared her right up although she hated having drops put in her nose
One vet said I could use this occasionally on my cat who suffered from chronic allergies & upper respiratory infections. Another vet said not to use it. When I did use it, I waited until it was a last resort & I tried everything else first. Then I used one drop in each nostril. Cleared her right up although she hated having drops put in her nose. But I waited to use it until she was breathing through her mouth & couldn't rest from the congestion. Antibiotics didn't help with her congestion. Some vets say it's okay to use it & some say not to, so you should do what your vet says. I used it sparingly & briefly & it really helped my cat.

These work so well!
These work so well! Baby has had a good few colds since starting daycare and has been really congested, especially when sleeping. One drop in each nostril clears her up for a few hours. Wish this was sold in stores, although I know stores won't sell medicated decongestants for babies and toddlers due to parents over-dosing their kids on them. It only takes one drop in each nostril for my 8 month old, no more. I'd love to see this offered on Amazon Prime as the shipping price is exaggerated and it takes forever to arrive through the only 3rd party sellers who sell it.

the antibiotics kicked in a healed nicely. This product gave him that ability to breathe ...
Used it for a sick kitten who was having upper respiratory problems. He was on antibiotics but they weren't working quickly enough and he was struggling to breath. Within a half hour, he was back to his old self, running and playing. By the next day, the antibiotics kicked in a healed nicely. This product gave him that ability to breathe again and made his life considerably better that night.

I was so excited when I found this product on amazon. I went to a few pharmacies and was told this product was not made anymore. Per doc instructions I used saline throughtout the day and these drops 2 times a day for 3 days only. Really helped my littlw one. I would recommend this to anyone with a congested child.. It's awesome!

Magical!
Gets rid of a stuffy nose in about 48 hours. I used for my 5 month old under doctor supervision. Our pediatrician said absolutely no more than 3 days at a time to avoid rebound congestion.
