This seams to be a perfect combination, you have the potassium and low amount of sodium. The taste feels normal with a balance, not like other options of potassium only. I will continue to purchase this salt.

Best low sodium salt yet! Good stuff!
I have to be on a low sodium diet and have spent a lot of money looking for alternatives I like. This is by far the best. With most other products that are sodium and potassium chloride, the potassium chloride is overbearing. This salt has a good balance, and it hits like salt. I'll definitely be buying more. I have yet to buy a second order of any of the other products I've tried.

Not a true 1:1 replacement for regular table salt, but I still think is the better option of the 2
Definitely not as potent as pure salt, so you find yourself using more of this than you would a normal table salt. Especially when dry brining beef, this works similar to salt, but seems to require way more of it. On the whole, if it keeps the potassium to salt ratios in check, i still think this is better to use than normal table salt
