Does the job
My first time planting from seeds. I like these they have the drainage hole and it comes with the plastic cover for excess drainage I'm hoping they are re-useable

Dissolve in soil quickly
Bought for school garden club. On kids out in the soil and I had to move it one week later. It was already rejoining the soil. This is what I wanted.

It is paper.
It was the first time for me to try out paper pots. I liked the size and the idea that I can write on what I had planted. Later I realized the concept itself is great but the little pots do not hold up to their purpose as long as I will need them to. About 2 weeks into my plant growing journey, the pots started to grow mildew. First I thought I did something wrong but no. It started to decompose. Slowly but surely my sharpie marked pots turned into black so I couldn't read the breed of my peppers anymore. (Did they come with little plastic marking sticks to write on? Yes they did! I just tried not to use them) Did it serve it's purpose? Yes. Would I get them next year? Not sure. I liked the size and it's shape but I had to replant all of my baby tomatoes and peppers, because they needed more room and I needed more sturdy pots.

First time planter/seeder/green thumb…
I think I planted a seed in elementary school about 50 years ago… but now that I’m retired, I’m starting to take on DIY projects. My first seedlings 🌱 sprouted and made my day. These containers are perfect for growing anything from a seed. It takes about 7 days before you’ll see a sprout. I place this on my stove and allow the above stove light to provide the necessary light. The plastic lids have 4 little air holes. My only suggestion is to not overwater! Luckily, I have these placed in something that helps support the bottom part.

Okay for propagation
I tried using these in my plant business as propagation pots. The lids and base don’t always match up and close. When I first used them I loved the idea of them but after about two weeks they grew mold and killed several plants in my greenhouse. I used them the right way and there was no overwatering involved. If anything I was light on the water. So I don’t recommend them for propagation or seedlings.

double up
double up on them or they turn to mush in 2 days! it could be me over watering but I have used others and they hold up to my gardening style. double them up and you get what, 75 usable pots. value isnt to bad but not like a deal of the century. they are eco friendly, i would buy again if i go back to the gardening style

Horrible mold and fungus grow from these.
Do not buy. I used the same soil mix in these as I did in other pots I had when planting my seeds. These pots started to grow mold like I had never seen before. Big, white fuzzy circles of mold - and then nasty little fungus started to sprout - tiny stems with slimy brown teardrop shaped caps. The seeds planted in these started to come up but were stunted and obviously struggling compared with seeds started in other pots. I had to take them out of these pots, wash off all the soil and repot them. Stay away from these!
