Worked perfectly
Overall perfect- nothing of fault. Had to watch a tutorial on youtube on how to install it and then my laptop started working perfectly again.

Not working on Asus Viva book E410MA
I bought the battery to replace the original one on ASUS E410MA. I followed you tube instructions and the replacement was simple and easy. As suggested I fully charged the battery before the first use, then I used the laptop till the battery was at 20%. At that point I turned it of and connected it to the charger. And that's where the problems began. The battery charged up to 70% then stopped charging and the charging light started flashing orange. I opened the laptop case and disconnected and then reconnected the battery but now the laptop only worked when connected to the mains. In the end I removed the battery and installed the original one. I only have three hours of battery life but better than nothing. Perhaps this battery is not fully compatible with the E410MA model

Battery wrong size
Battery screw holes did not line up with screw holes on laptop therefore not able to secure battery to laptop. Very difficult to send battery back as Royal Mail won't accept batteries, same for most Courier firms. Amazon should set up a special service with DHL (the only one that would return battery) to collect such items as they are very difficult to return, especially when the item ordered is not fit for purpose though seller's description stated battery was compatible with laptop. It's also taken a couple of hours to arrange return. Not happy.
