Front basket broke first week & 4 hex bolts missing
The basket system that I purchases from Amazon on 9/14/23 not only was missing the 4 smaller hex screws, the front basket came un-welded from the mount when I was on the road. How do I resolve this?

No installation instructions
Baskets appear to be good quality. No installation instructions included, causing extended install time. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Must-have for E-Bike owners
Easy to install and quite spacious for cargo. Only downside is I was sent some of the wrong screws which did not fit the front basket, but I had spare zip ties so it'll suffice.
