Refreshing, hot, cold or iced
I originally bought this for its possible health benefits - may help to lower blood pressure. It didn't do this in my case, but now I've found a refreshing drink that I would not have bought otherwise.

Hibiscus brew for you.
Full of flavour as a hot or cold summer drink. It does have an acquired taste but the health benefits are profound, many more than listed by the sellers.

Good flavour, bag structure could be better.
The flavour is good, soothing and refreshing at the same time, very pleasant. The teabags themselves are a bit irritating in design. They come in pairs and they're only perforated approximately two-thirds of the way down. If you don't finish the tear between them ever so carefully with dainty little tears, one of the teabags inevitably rips open.

Be aware of the headaches
Given it a 5 so my comment comes to the top and helps others. Please do your research on side effects before taking this tea. I normal get pretty bad headaches and after taking this tea I constantly got severe headaches that was extremely painful so please do research. This might not be the case for everyone but definitely was for me.
