The green tea scrub has little micro beads that may irritate your skin if used everyday. It's a moderate scrub and their oatmeal version is a more softer scrub. I believe the blackhead clearing scrub is mainly for blackheads and the blemish control is more for pimples. I exfoliate about twice a week. The 2nd time i exfoliate I'll will use the blemish clearing scrub for any pimples i may have. If you only have one or the other though just use the one that's right for you.
