Build Quality: The soundbar is well-built and feels solid. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, which is a big plus for a budget-friendly option. The sleek design fits nicely under my TV, and it connects seamlessly via HDMI ARC. Surround Experience: The surround sound speakers genuinely bring immersive audio to movies and games. With the right EQ settings, the surround left and right channels became more accurate in sound placement, making everything from explosions to subtle sound cues more engaging. ⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Product & Zero Support I purchased this soundbar with high expectations, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. From day one, there is a serious remote sensor issue — the remote interferes with the TV and does not work properly. This makes the product almost unusable. I contacted both Amazon and the brand multiple times. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible: - Service requests were cancelled without resolution - No proper technician support - No replacement or refund provided Now I am stuck with a defective product, resulting in a complete loss of money. Very poor after-sales service from both Amazon and the manufacturer. I strongly suggest others NOT to buy this product if you expect any kind of support. Think twice before purchasing.
