Wish it stayed cold longer
This is a great thing for migraine sufferers but I just wish it stayed colder longer. Lasts about 15 minutes

Amazing tension reliever
I love these migraines hat. I always keep them in my refrigerator. I like the fact that the gel goes around so you get the cooling effect everywhere . I use to relieve migraine, stress and just to relax.This pack has two , i use one after another when I am really in pain. When you have only one , you have to wait for it to get cold before you can use it again. I recommend it
