There are only 2 ingredients: organic amla, and vegetable cellulose to make the capsule. Each 2 capsule serving provides 1500mg amla powder, which is an excellent dose, and enough to get the health benefits of amla. Amla is well studied and has shown a lot of promise for lowering cholesterol, blood sugar levels, and reducing inflammation measures like CRP. It's one of my favorite herbs to take regularly to promote metabolic health, and these capsules are super convenient. Overall - this is an excellent amla supplement. It's just a good dose (1500mg) of USDA organic amla in every 2 capsule serving, and nothing else. You really can't beat this for the most convenient way to take amla. That being said, amla powder on it's own tastes pretty good, and the most cost effective way to take amla is to buy a big bag of powder and take 2g every morning mixed with warm water.
