As someone who gets motion sickness from sitting in a rocking chair, I figured a cruise vacation would have me seasick and bedridden for a good portion of the trip. Nope. I put these on before getting on the boat and changed them daily and no joke - didn’t feel motion sickness at all. My daughter also used them and had the same result. The smell is strong but dissipates after a short time. We saw many people also wearing them on the ship. I was skeptical, but they did work and I would buy them again.

I am prone to motion sickness, I didn't get sick while others around me did. I am sure I would have if not for these patches.
