Has a smooth kinda sweet and salty flavor. I am getting really frustrated with the length of time it's taking to get products from Amazon

I used this to stir into soft old fashioned vanilla ice cream, with a splash of macadamia nut syrup, and it turned out great. Planning to make more and make a hula pie out of it for a hawaii-loving family member's birthday :-)

This was my second purchase of this product- the first one was delicious! Totally smooth but still had the texture of between butter and peanut butter. This one was completely liquid- the consistency of heavy cream- and almost impossible to use like a regular nut butter. Disappointing that there was so much discrepancy between the two and that the second one was so bad. It also tasted different- like they forgot the sea salt.

This macadamia nut butter is so delicious, it should be called “sinful”!

Sunflower Stabilizer is added and is not Sunflower Lecithin which explains why this product is so runny. It keeps it from separating but is a seed oil to avoid. I'm so disappointed. The whole point of buying it was to avoid preservatives which I didn't take the time to look into more closely. There are other brands with just macadamia nuts or added sea salt but avoid this one.

Delicious! This was my first purchase of macadamia butter. I use nut butters all the time in a variety of ways, baking, or for topping pancakes. I used it for granola! Goodness, it was yummy! This is a very good product. A tablespoon of it just by itself is great to satisfy my hunger between meals. Macadamias have more manganese and vitamin B1 than almonds, containing 1.195mg versus 0.205mg, making them six times richer in vitamin B1.

So I received this product it is very weird on your pallet. It’s kind of gooey and it’s a little weird even after I mixed it and whipped it and all sorts of stuff it still was kind of gooey and weird. As far as taste is concerned it’s kind of bland. It doesn’t have a real sweetness to it that I was actually looking for or something comparable with peanut butter, but the product might say that it’s not sweet. I just wanted people to know that it’s really an odd consistency and doesn’t taste all that great to me.

Store in the fridge upside down, as otherwise, as with most nut butters, all the oil separates & makes the butter harder to mix, to remove from the jar. Great flavour

Expensive but very very good quality.

Nice taste, not sure how much of sunflower is there compared to macadamia. For me though the plastic jar is a bummer.
