Goldmedal Liquid Water Alarm Bell | Water Tank Overflow Alarm Bell | Loud Human Voice | with Indiactor White (Pack of 1)

I am using this Goldmedal Liquid alarm since 2 years. Ordered second unit for another tank. Quality product, durable, very easy to install, safe device to control water overflow for such a low price.

Packaging : Packaging of the product seems to be great. Company has provided very good packaging that will prevent the product from outside dust , water etc. Amazon also delivered the product in good shape without any external damages. Product Details : - Product box contains 2 item which is Liquid Water Alarm Bell and a user manual - One end of the Alarm bell comes with a wire attached to a two pin plug - Other end of the Alarm bell comes with an output provision where a pair of additional wires needs to be attached which will be inserted within liquid for the alarm to get activated - Box also contains a user manual which can be referred for installation instructions - Alarm rings in two different languages first in English and then followed by Hindi - Product comes with a 1 year warranty Working/Installation Instructions : - Attach two wires at the output end and make sure end of both the wires are open so that they come in contact with the external liquid - Make sure the length of those two wires are appropriate , so that only the tip of those wires come in contact with the liquid for the alarm to get activated - Once the wire is attached , plug in the two pin in the socket - Insert the output end two wires within the liquid container , make sure the two wires do not touch or come in contact with each other directly - Once everything is in place, switch on the power supply - Wait for the liquid to touch the tip of both the exposed wires together - Once liquid touches both the wires circuit gets completed and alarm is activated - Switch off the power supply to switch off the alarm - Alarm bell device can be installed via. 2 sided tape or can be hanged using a screw Ratings : Easy to use / Install : 4/5 Quality of material : 4.5/5 Durability : 4.5/5 Value for money : 4.5/5 Product Maintenance : 4.5/5 Overall Ratings : 4.4/5 Genuine Point of View - Product is great , portable , handy , can be easily carried from one place to another , light weight - Alarm sound volume is very loud and clear - Alarm sound is in multiple languages Hindi and English which is great - Devise also contains a LED light which will lit-up along with the alarm, which is very handy in-case a person has any hearing disability Pros : - Portable - Light Weight - Body color white looks good - Alarm sound very loud and clear , perfectly audible - Alarm plays in multiple languages Hindi & English - Alarm rings continuously till it is contact with the liquid until the device is switched off - Product comes with a 1 year warranty , additional 1 year extended warranty can be purchased - Devise also contains a LED light which will lit-up along with the alarm, which is very handy in-case a person has any hearing disability Cons : - Alarm device needs an electricity source to function (could have been battery operated) - Alarm output plays in Hindi & English , audience with other preferred languages may face issues Recommendations : - Make sure you have a electricity connection nearby for usage - Make sure you understand either of Hindi or English languages - Product is great and should be installed in all places where there is a possibility of water overflow and wastage Hope the detailed product review helps. Superb Product

Till now it's working good. Sound is loud and function is accurate.

Extremely disappointed with this product. It worked fine initially, but after just 2 months of use, it has completely failed. There is no audio alarm and the indicator light no longer works. It's now just a useless piece of plastic. Save your money and look for a more durable alternative. Worst product.

Works well until it doesn't. Worked for 5 months, then just died. There's a claimed warranty of 1 year but there's no contact information available at all. No email, phone or whatapp. Amazon shared the physical address to contact and claim warranty. So if you live near Malad (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, you can visit their office and claim warranty.... I still gave 3 stars because it worked well b4 it died. I wouldn't have been able to claim warranty anyway if free pickup and shipping was not provided. Just shipping the unit to Malad would have cost me more than half the price of a new unit. I'd go for the better known, established brands if I were to buy one again. There's a reason they're established brands. Their warranty process might be flawed but at least they have a warranty process.
