OneFitWonder 20 Lb Fixed Weight Vests/Easily Adjust Fit/for Body Weight, Agility, Strength Training & More

I LIKED this, BUT...If this vest was able to be cinched for a snug fit, I'd have given it 5 stars. The description of the vest made it sound like a dream vest. And it WOULD be a dream vest, if, 1) they either had different sizes available, or, 2) if only one size is available, then create the straps in a way that it would cinch tighter for someone smaller than Arnold.Pros:Great material & design overallGood for most portions of WODs, like pushups, pullups, squats...Comfortable to wear (unless...--see cons)Cons:Doesn't fit an average sized manI'm 6', 186 lbs, have an athletic build and I had to cinch the straps (both front and sides) as tight as I could. You can only go so far as the way it's designed, if you try and pull it more, the velcro won't have enough material to "grab". So once cinched on me, it was decent enough for non-running or jumping exercises. But running or jumping, the vest moves around way too much to be comfortable.The only way this vest would be good is if you're either a fit and larger man (like Arnold) or you're out of shape and have enough weight on you to fill out the gaps in the design.Because it was so expensive, I'm locked in to this. So I'm now looking for ways to alter it to fit/cinch better.

I wear this to and from work. It is a 45 minute walk each way. One of the guys in the office took my vest and wears it during the day while he sits on one of those big office balls. I also have 2 10# weights in my backpack - all together I have 40# and that seems about right. Maybe I can bump up with leg and wrist weights next. For me this is cool - I hate working out, gyms are not my thing. I used to work in construction and that kept me in shape. This vest plus my weighted backpack feels alot like my toolbelt did (my old toolbelt weighed a little more). All I need now is y employer to get me some steel forms run with, a wheelbarrow for sprints, and maybe a pick and shovel to dig with behind the parking lot.

doesn't get small enough around the waist

Great vest doesn't get in the way at all. It is built for big guys though, I'm 6'4" and weight 230 and it fits me perfect. Definitely would recommend to someone to take their bodyweight training to the next level.

This thing is great. I'm 6'4" 205lbs and the Large fits great with adjustable straps. I only walk, climb stairs/hills, do pullups pushups planks squats and dips with it, I dont jog with it so I can't speak for how it does while running but I imagine it would work just fine. I really like this vest because it doesn't look like you're walking down the street wearing a bulletproof vest. It just looks like exercise gear.

It doesn't hang right., but the weights are useful.

Fits well. I can see how for some smaller people it would be too big. I'm 6ft 1" and 225. Things is awesome though. I have worn it on hikes and doing burpee pullups.

I bought this to replicate the weight of my golf clubs. I walk 4 miles with it daily. I am most pleased.
