Taste good and a little goes a long way

I bought this Elan Organic Flax Seed pack because I needed more fiber in my diet and wanted something non-gmo and vegan. The quality of the seeds is actualy really good and they have a nice mild taste when I sprinkle them on my morning yogurt or put them in my smoothies. They gel up really fast like the description says which is great for baking too. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the packaging is kind of a pain. Its suppose to be resealable but I had a hard time geting it to stay closed after the first time opening it. Other than that the value for a pack of 2 is decent and they feel very fresh. I will probably buy these again but I might just put them in a different container next time.

Ground up the seeds and put them in my pups food in the morning (undetected). The fiber scrapes thru and causes anal glands to empty which is wonderful because they don't suffer until I can get them into the VET and Mommy saves tons of money on VET bills. Nutrional benefits are awesome too.

I used these to make flaxseed gel and it get out perfect!

Good amount for price, great for adding fibre and protein to things- I sprinkle on yogurt or over salads to add more nutrients. Bag was fresh, didn’t seem stale at all.

J'ai choisi cette marque pour la certification sans gluten et bio. Les graines de lin ont un bon goût et j'en rachèterai sans hésitation. J'en mets dans mon gruau, dans des recettes de granola, smoothies et certains pains. Il est important de les moudre avant de les consommer et elles se gardent très longtemps au congélateur.
