Simply a great product
Easy install, very very quiet operation (literally silent). Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Good warranty period. Moves a lot of air. I have two outdoors and an 84 inch indoors. All of them are great.

very gentle air flow
I installed the fan on a covered porch. Parts and hardware were packaged well and clearly identified, and everything was new and unopened. The design of the wiring was excellent, with pre-cut pieces for different down rod lengths. Installation was like any ceiling fan, except for rubber cap on top of hanging ball. With rubber cap installed as directed, remote receiver would not fit in hanger bracket. I had to make cuts in the sides of the rubber cap for wires rather than routing them through the pre-cut slots on top. I also had to compress cap with putty knife while sliding receiver into place. A slightly deeper bracket would have worked much better.I hung the fan and paired with remote prior to attaching blades to insure all electrical connections were working. I then found a folded flyer explaining that motor would run on high approx 5 mins after pairing to condition motor. The pairing worked as described, but the fan did not run 5 minutes, because it recognized the absence of blades. If this notice had been part of the instruction booklet, I would have attached the blades before pairing.Performance: The fan does not move much air, even on high. I chose an 8-blade design to provide a gentle flow with a lower speed; however, I was surprised at the lack of flow. I realize that more blades usually decreases blade pitch, but Increasing the blade pitch a few degrees would probably help. On the flip side, the 8-blade design is well balanced and does not wobble at all. It is smooth and quiet on most speeds but has a slight rattle on high.Overall: I expected performance more like my Big Ass fan, but on a smaller scale. Not so. Therefore, I'm still deciding to keep or return. I have two other Minka Aire fans, both of which perform better. The H20 looks nice and is well-balanced but airflow is disappointing.
