This is a great supplement! Take it in the morning for a huge boost in energy. It's supposed to smell like Sulphur; that's how you know it's legitimate NAC! There is a lot of research on NAC so just Google it for a bit list of stuff it helps.

NAC should be a must for everyone’s supplement stack. Having an over the counter supplement that’s anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant that replenishes glutathione which in turn reduces oxidative stress is like a cheat code. Easy and a great value.

Helps me breathe very well. Wish there were a cheaper alternative but best i’ve found :) Can start to feel the effects at about 3000mg a day after maybe 3 nights. You start to inhale bigger. Noticeable decrease in health if I stop for maybe a month.

Good product, I can feel the difference that it makes when I take it.

After listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, I purchased a bottle of the supplement. However, after taking one pill, I woke up extremely dizzy. I stopped taking it, and after half a day, I felt fine again. A week later, I tried again, but 8 hours later, I experienced vertigo-like dizziness. I immediately stopped taking it, and it's clear that the supplement is causing this reaction. Unfortunately, I can't return it.
