I wore them two days in a row for 9 hours each on a concrete floor for work, and did not even need to break them in. My feet were not sore at all. The only thing I might note, is that the shoelaces come untied fairly easily, probably due to the material they are made of. Also, because of the extra layer of material from having studs on the heel, there is a part of the boot inside that may rub a bit on your ankle. I did have an issue with that, but after working the heel of the boot a bit and adjusting the tightness of the laces, it quit doing it.They seem to be high quality for such a valuable price. Don't wear thick socks with these as I did when I first wore them, however. They do need a breaking in period before you make that attempt. If you have a wide foot, they may pinch somewhat.
