This is a quality product
Built like a tank, quality materials and workmanship, lots of space for lots of food. I am well pleased with this dehydrator. Only gripe - display is in centigrade, and I couldn't find in instructions how to switch it to fahrenheit until I went to their website. Other than that minor issue, this is one heck of a great dehydrator.

No support after a year
Basically it's a large SS box with 20 matching trays. I purchased it for the future use, then regretted after a few times of use. The box itself, must be elevated about 12 inch from the floor, so I had to build a custom raiser. The fan rattels, making a lot of noise. The electronic programming is located in the back part of the box top, what creates accesing issues for a shorter person. Anyways, yesterday I've discovered that the heating is not working at all.... After a few uses and a year passed, doesn't seem that Amazon offers a communication with the seller. I got a useless box for ~ $700 The seller doesn't offer any real support, - if you need a replacement parts to order. I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS SELLER.

No es tan efectiva la deshidratación en las 2 charolas de arriba y las 2 de abajo, en el centro sin ningún problema deshidrata.

Stopped working
This worked great until it didn’t. It just decided to stop working. When I tried to reach out to the company/manufacturer nobody got back to me. Save your money and buy from a better company.

Good unit
I kind of over bought but this unit has the space to get your dehydrating done. Did 10lbs apples and only used half the space.
