I can tell you this chair is very nice I have had multiple times I've had to contact the seller due to an issue with the product. They have been very easily accessible and have met my needs thus far. I like that it has a long warranty I also extended the warranty through the Amazon warranty option. Warranty covers amazing things for easy coverages and repairs replacements. I have gotten a new power cord as well as a new remote control. I can say that the leg rest on the chair does have a little bit of issues with the fabric at times. Cup holders are amazing that they go in and out. For somebody that has a back issue it's a little difficult to lean forward to reach your cup if you were in a full back recline. So you would have to raise your incline to go back into the full seating position in order to get something from your cup holder. I do like that they go inside the chair for easy storage. They glide in and out extremely well. The Assembly of the chair was very easy to do a little on the heavy side but as expected with a full metal frame. I purchased this chair as I was having a hysterectomy. And it would make my surgery recovery easy. Great for somebody with back issues. Not the most comfortable chair to try to sleep in as it does not recline far back enough to be laying down in the sleeping position. But it is very comfortable to be on. Everybody that has set in this chair enjoys it. The massage is so intense that it will actually shake your floor. It is on the loud side I can hear it running outside of my house. Which is not necessarily a bad thing just means that it works very well and gives a good massage. The heat on the chair also is very nice not overly hot so no worries about burning yourself. But enough to alleviate your back pain. I wouldn't change a thing about this design. Definitely recommend it it is heavy duty and durable.

Bought for my mother and it’s gets daily use. We’ve had it for about 6 months and she utilizes it all day long. This was a great price for something she uses and enjoys. Chair is comfortable and was easy to put together. The directions are there, just packed in with the chair. Very sturdy, fully adjustable from lay flat to standing her almost upright.

I purchased this CANMOV Power Lift Recliner in July 2025 for my mother. Initially, we were very happy with it—the camel color looks great, the fabric is comfortable, and the heat feature works well. The motor is powerful enough to handle the lift function easily. (Note: the massage is more of a light vibration and doesn't do much, but the other features were good). However, we recently discovered a major safety issue: the main support beam under the chair has a broken weld. The metal has completely separated, which makes the lift mechanism unstable and unsafe to operate. What is most concerning is that this chair is rated for a 450lb weight capacity, yet the weld snapped even though the individuals using the chair are all under 250lbs. The chair has been well-cared for and used normally, so this is clearly a manufacturing defect in the steel frame. I have reached out to CANMOV to file a warranty claim since it is within the 1-year window. I am hoping they stand behind the product and provide a replacement. I will update this review based on how their customer service handles the repair or replacement process. UPDATE (March 2026): I am raising my rating to 5 stars. After discovering the broken weld, I contacted CANMOV support. "Rosie" replied within 24 hours and immediately offered a full chair replacement. The new chair was shipped within two days. While the original defect was disappointing, the company’s commitment to their warranty is outstanding. It's rare to see a company stand behind their product this quickly and efficiently.

I bought this for my 84 year-old father in law. He's about 5'5", 250#. Says it's very comfortable and the heat is soothing. Only thing we didn't like and that I didn't notice until I had it all put together is that the remote is only for the heat and massage. To recline or lift the chair, you have to lean over and reach under the arm rest. Might not have bought it if I had known that. Especially once you put a cover on it....

This chair is very wide and oversized. It’s very comfortable, if the person needs to sleep in the chair during the night, as well. It comes in one box and is pretty easy to assemble. I have assembled a few things in my life and this could be considered one of the harder ones but still it felt mostly easy to me. The assembly instructions are pretty good. The chair works wonderful. It’s very soft. It’s super comfortable, it leans way back and helps you get out of the chair and into a standing position. Excellent quality and excellent service from this chair, I do highly recommend.

Chair sits well and operates good. The chair is made of cheap plywood and the screws had pulled out of one of the cup holder arm hinges as the plywood gave way in transit. Had to take the chair apart and rebuild the hinge base with wolid wood and it works fine now.

I'll try not to make this long but OMG!!!! Y'all I wish I could give 10 stars. Everything about this chair is a 10 star. Comfort, price, very quiet, easy install, beautiful color, not to mention Customer service is top tier!!!!!!! Run don't walk to get you one.

Customer should know that if you only have use of one hand on one side, this chair does not have a separate controller to make it go up and down! It is on the chair itself. This is a big problem for me. Due to a stroke, I am entirely paralyzed on my right side. The controller is on the chair and I can’t reach it. The controller for heat and massage is like a TV controller, which is good and it’s on the left. My other chair I bought from Amazon had both controllers attached to a wire, and although on my right side, I can reach it with my left hand. I paid someone $200 to put it together only to find this out. Now, what do I do? I’m on disability which I haven’t even gotten paid yet until May. I’ve almost exhausted my credit card credit. Not to mention the fact that if I have to get a new chair, I’m going to have to pay someone money to assemble it. I’m very disappointed in the negligence of this chair manufacturer, not realizing that people may not have a right hand to put down on the side of the chair to get it up and down. Very sad.
