I got the 8 inch and they’re perfect for me. I just scoot them up a little higher to where I like them. They’re are so soft, like pajama pants soft, and they have good coverage. I’ve literally worn a pair everyday since I bought them. If you’re thinking about getting them… get. Them.

Super soft and strong fabric
I really liked this product.1) we can use one a day to go to the gym.2) really soft and fits very well.3) I don't think that it is appropriate to run cuz it doesn't protect a 100% your inner thighs.
