Only one box delivered at first second came an 1 later so went from unhappy to happy it all came. It’s all build now quite easy. For the price I love it !

Can't say if it was easy or hard to assemble as it was done while I was away. I can say it looks good and is quite comfy to sit on. To me it's worth every penny, I put the covering on myself as I have cats who love to lounge on it all day. If you want a good quality sofa at an affordable price, this is the one for you.

I bought this as a bit of a stop gap between throwing out my old sofa and deciding on a new one. It arrived sooner than expected within a couple of days, in two seperate (rather heavy) boxes, I was relieved to see all the components were there. It was also easier than I expected to put together, the trickiest bit was getting the back on - you have to slide it at a slight angle in between two fixings on either arm, and rest it on some bolts - so if you can rope in someone to help that's probably an advantage, but I have basically no upper body strength at all and I managed okay. It's more fiddly than physically taxing. It's actually fairly comfy for a £200 sofa off Amazon, the cushions look on the thin side and could definitely do with a bit of extra stuffing but it's decent enough for casual use and the odd nap. The material is nice as well, feels soft and not as scratchy/rough as I expected. I can't say for the footstool as I've not bothered with that, for some reason it was cheaper to buy it with than without - but if you're looking for the pieces of it, they're tucked up inside the arms of the sofa so check there before messaging them 🤣

Arrived today, put the 2 seater together fine, if a bit flimsy, but the 3 seater has arrived broken. The main wooden support slat in the middle is snapped entirely in 2. Because it's covered in material, I didn't notice this until I went to put the cushions on. Update. *Do NOT buy from this company. They keep yoyr payment details and randomly charge amounts for no reason. I had to cancel my card yet I still get notifications that they're attempting to charge my old card. They rely on people being unable to follow their unreasonable return practices knowing that you cannot dismantle flat pack, poorly made items and revaccum pack the cushions when you realise the items are poorly made/broken. Seller refused to help at all, so Amazon refunded me. However, within 15 minutes of Amazon notifying me of this, the seller charged my card £399, illegally. I've had to report this to the police, bank, and Amazon. Beware. Seller can keep your bank details.

Like the material and colour, was quite a task putting the bottom screws in. It does look nice and is large and comfortable. However it did come where the L shape was on the wrong side as I wanted it not as I viewed in the room

Excellent service and great value for money no faults

When this was delivered I didn’t realise its parts were sent separately and it was missing the legs and arms of the sofa, but after a few hours the rest was delivered. It’s better than what I expected, it’s big and comfortable. It’s a bit tricky to put together at first so I recommend two people, which it advises in the instructions. Thank you for my new sofa it’s brilliant.
