This works
These are great and I have now been using for over a year. Easy to swallow capsules and good value for moneyMy dermatologist has recommended these to combat my acne and it seems to work. I have struggled with adult & hormonal acne for years and this has finally given me nice and clean skin. I alternate between this and Evening Primrose oil and switch between cycles. I am not a doctor myself, just sharing what works for me

I have noticed a difference in days. Really great for the Kapha/Pitta constitution in Ayurvedic medicine and any skin issues. Neem is wonderful.

Useless.
The product came with an expiry date one month away. Didnt bother returning due to the lockdown and took the pills for a month...nothing. Might as well be a placebo. Dont waste money on Himalaya products.

Not effective to me
Although I finish whole package, there is not any decrease in my acne problem

Worth a try
These appeared to work in first week of using them. Stopped noticing the difference after week 3/4. May order another lot and see how that goes.
