Great wire brush
Bought this carbon steel wire brush to remove moss and caked on dirt in the cracks of asphalt pavement. Attached the brush head to a regular threaded push broom wooden rod and started immediately removing the moss in the cracks with a few back and forth motions. Stubborn spots may require a little more scrubbing or angling the edges to dig in better. Also scoured and prepped the asphalt for sealing by removing any lose pavement. The carbon steel wires are securely attached to the holder and none came out during fairly aggressive scrubbing. Body is a smooth finished plastic block with rubber edging. All in all, a well made product and I would recommend, especially for the price!

Incorrect dimensions but good value
In the Product Information section for this item, the dimensions are cited as 9.9 x 2.2 x 2.4 inches. The actual length is 7", not 9.9".This Allway wire brush is nearly identical to the Rubbermaid FG9B4500 wire brush. At the moment, the price of this Allway brush is $2.61 less than the Rubbermaid brush, and the handle of this Allway brush is slightly rounded and ridged, so it appears that this Allway brush would be more comfortable than the Rubbermaid brush when used by hand.For my purposes (cleaning concrete block wall prior to sealing), the length of the wire bristles is fine ...

pluses and minuses
It works really well (with elbow grease) to get moss of my brick sidewalk HOWEVER I have found pieces of the steel wire that came out. Doesn't feel safe to have 2-3" pieces of steel wire on the ground.

Sharp Wires Stiff Brush
I bought this to scrap moss of rocks. It doesn't work on black old moss but works 75% on fresh green moss. It is a bit awkward to use as very stiff + one must be very careful about the ultra sharp wires.
