STOTT PILATES Stability Cushion

Good quality stability cushion. Recommended by my pilates instructor. 10/10.

This pilates support cushion does ,as the title suggests,supports.Having a fragile lower back,but wanting to work on my abdominals,this enables me to exercise without stress to my body.I've learnt but a few exercises for the abs and bum..am delighted with the results and can't wait to learn some more.

I bought this when I was pregnant and had horrible pelvic pain! This cushion did really help to delay the pain when sat at work for long periods however did not take it away altogether (sadly)! I also used similar when I did prenatal pilates! Not sure what I will do with it now baby is here but useful at the time!

I am sure this product is more than 3 stars except it came without any instructions, guidelines, tips or information. Very disappointing.

Sure, I feel a bit like Dwight Schrute sitting on a fitness orb in the Office, but this is far more discreet. I mainly got it to lift my chair up a bit (I'm 6'3") with the added bonus letting me wiggle around. But seriously, it's a good fun thing to sit on. I just ordered one more for my girlfriend and one more for home. Chill little unit. It would be cooler if it had an invisibility cloak, 'cause I'm just waiting for one of my office buds to come in here and make fun of it.So yeah, get one, it's a bit more expensive than the other ones, but it doesn't require a pump (just blow it up and replace the little plug) and it seems sufficiently tough.

Great for Pilates stability exercises.

It's hard to be sure, ordering from a picture alone but this cushion is made of thick, strong material & the plug where you can re-inflate the cushion doesn't seem to have any "quit" in it.

I purchased these and finally got around to using them. Only to find that they will not stay inflated at all. Can't tell if there is a hole somewhere, but it definitely came defective! Not what I expect from Merrithew!
