They include drywall screws and plastic anchors. So if you make sure to use the anchors you should be fine. I only needed mine for light knick knacks. So I cannot say whether it holds up to the claims, since I didn't use the anchors and test it. **Q: what is the approximate hieght of the shelves when stacked above each other?** A: You dictate the height. The shelves are separate. You can arrange then how ever you want **Q: Can you mount this with command strips?
