For me these are my go to running shoes
I've been running for 40 years and Asics have been my go to shoe for most of that time. This model is now my favorite. Runners are all different and you should never buy a shoe based on a review. In order to compare shoes I suggest you try a different one on each foot and run around the store until you get the one that is most comfortable for you.

Simple, inexpensive show that works well for daily activity
Nothing fancy here, and I don't know how well they will hold up to rigorous workouts. I wear them as simple, casual walking shoes. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off and are reasonably attractive. They work for what I need.

Great value in this athletic shoe!
I bought this shoe on deep discount and they’re very comfortable and great for walking. (I’m not a runner so I can’t comment if they provide enough support for that.). I also like the mesh which helps to keep your feet cool and they fit exactly as expected. If you’re not choosy about what color keep an eye out for certain colors that go on deep discount. That’s what I did and I ended up buying a few pairs of dark gray and also dark blue. I’m not sure why one color would be so much cheaper than another … maybe they built too many? Anyway I highly recommend these shoes.

Always had perfect fit and comfort with ASICS over many years. This shoe was close but not as good. Still better than other brands. Good price.

Solid soles and flexible. For a summer sunny dry days. Not for rain.
Size is 8mportant to know before you buy it. Have bought size 12 X-Wide. I have normally size 12. Glad to add X-Wide because they fit like a glove now.

Amplifoam- yes it works. Perfect cushion.4. Cushioning is normal.5. Perfect for 5k6. Upper material - mesh. nice and breathable.
