It was thin and clear, even after processing for ten minutes, so I was a little concerned that there appeared to be no color development. After a total of 40 minutes processing, I washed my hair according to instructions and conditioned it with the packet included. (It should be noted that the conditioner is among the best I have ever used. I absolutely loved it.) The results were beautiful. All of my gray was covered, something that the salon is not always able to do. The color was glossy and natural looking, although I did pull a little red as I usually do. All in all, this is a good product thus far. I did not have the burning, itching scalp as with other hair coloring, and the initial results have been beautiful. Instead, it seems to pick up several tones of color making it appear more natural. -For the first time in years, I did not have an allergic reaction to hairdye! Although the Hazelnut Blonde hair-dye did my skin tone and natural coloring no favors, it was still a beautiful color. The dye actually enhanced the shine of my hair whereas any other dye would just zap it of all moisture, leaving it like hay.
