Wifi not reliable
Wifi connectivity not consistent. Quite often it looses connection for ing us to use direct usb for printing

Small, Lightweight, Satisfying, effective, Simple
I was always skeptical of owning a printer as it reminded me of those bulky, jamming, photo copiers in shops. Size is so small it can easily fit anywhere. Wifi- somehow my Mac doesn't print after connecting to direct wifi at first. I have to disconnect & connect again everytime to print. Mobile printing- Doesn't work. hp smart app on play store doesn't even identify the printer even when connected with wifi Direct. They need to fix this issue. Toner- led is showing empty after 1000 pages, but print quality is still decent so I am using the same cartridge till it starts fading. Duplex- not a feature. So I have to do odd even and manually put paper again to print on the other side. No other problems. No jamming. Overall a great product. I wish they resolve issues with wifi, mobile printing. I would love Duplex feature.

Hp customer care is the worst service ever experienced by me.
This buy was a worst experience. The printer started malfunctioning the second day only. It was a hell of a job to reach customer care service of Hp. The customer service of Hp is pathetic, arrogant executives. Finally i returned the product by the help of amazon team. Will never ever suggest Hp products to anyone from now onwards.

Print quantity is less per cartridge.
Am writing this review after 6 months of use. The ink cartridge finished in less than printing 500 pages. It is supposed to print 1500 pages as per specifications given about the product. (I bought one ream of paper and almost half ream is unused) Once given print command it takes long time to wake up and print.
