Also there are other ingredients that are of benefit to the liver. . I am 70 and my lab work is good and, I remember many things and I am good at trivia contests. So, yeah this supplement helps me,"To keep on trucking' on." Now the company that I buy this from is great. A fair price and quick delivery. Proof of my confidence in the vendor is that I have made multiple purchases from them. ( I have not been given any kind of reimbursement for my review.)
